When I retired 4 years ago I promised myself I would visit the land of Rock and Roll.
When we were in Graceland’s, it inspired me to write the Kid with the Heart of Gold a tribute to the kindness of Elvis.
I can’t afford to go back but we have great memories and we often talk about our visit.
In our conversation, Val said to me, when she was in Graceland’s it was like walking with Ghosts.
That always stuck in my mind so I wrote this song.
On social media thousands of people say Elvis is still alive and living in Graceland’s.
I would like to think so, but one thing I know, his legacy will live forever.
I hope you like the Video as much as I like the music and style of Elvis, The King of Rock and Roll.
